Once a day you take an hour to nourish you mind, body, and soul. So for 20 minutes you focus on your mind, 20 minutes on your body, and 20 minutes on your soul. It is the perfect way to practice self care, especially if you aren’t already practicing it and don’t know where to begin.
So here are some quick ideas for what you might do during each segment:
Reading a fictional book
Playing an instrument
Listening to a podcast
Reading a non-fiction book
Watching a TED talk
Starting a DIY
