What Should You Be Saying No To?

It’s week 15 of 52 List Happiness!

List the things you want to say no to:

  • Comparison
  • Striving for perfection
  • Saying negative things to myself
  • Fixing every situation
  • Being impatient
  • Not making time for myself
  • Too much screen time
  • Being afraid of trying new things

Do our lists have anything in common?

What are some things that you need to say no to in your life?

  1. Food! I have found that I go to food in times especially of stress and anxiety and return have developed a bad relationship with it. Over eating. And with chronic pain, it’s difficult to take off the weight. I need to learn to say no to over eating and yes to loving myself enough to care for my body more. 😊

  2. No to eating poor quality food, or giving in to the desire to eat junk. No to allowing other people to dictate how I feel or perceive something. No to being less than I am, which is getting better all the time… Whole lotta “Nope, not my burden” – especially to those who like to play head games.
